Moro

Located on the ground floor of the Habitas three-storey clubhouse, and with direct access to the beach on the one side and the jungle on the other, Moro has made quite an impression on world-travellers and foodies alike. The restaurant, helmed by chef -former sax musician- Horacio Dardano, who flew his homeland Uruguay to find culinary inspiration in Mexico, serves exciting dishes influenced by the Spanish and Moorish cuisine, but created and based on the seasonal ingredients and spices of Tulum. Each and every dish brings together local Mayan culture, pre- Hispanic traditions and contemporary Spanish flair in the most creative of ways.
